VICE-PRESIDENT

NAME: Teniola Onabanjo 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- assists the president
- holds the office of the president in his/her absence

SECRETARY

NAME: Anie Okon-Umoren
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- keeps the records and updates on all members
- takes the minutes of executive meetings
- responsible for updating website
- responsible for sending emails and updates to all members
- informs  members on new developments and details for insight

TREASURER

NAME: N/A
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- collects and reminds members of dues
- in charge and keeps account of the group's funds and expenses
- provides innovative ways to raise funds

MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR

NAME: Tope Salau
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- collects information from new members
- communicates with members regularly and looks after their welfare
- sends birthday wishes on behalf of the group to celebrants
- replies and responds to any inquiries members may have

SOCIAL EVENTS COORDINATOR

- invites new C.I.C. students to church and genesis meetings
- double checks C.I.C. students' information for secretary and membership coordinator

- informs executive body of C.I.C. programs and events pertaining to the C.I.C. students

MAC REPRESENTATIVE

- reminds students about upcoming events regularly
- invites new McMaster University students to church and genesis meetings
- double checks McMaster University students' information for secretary and membership coordinator
- speaks to on behalf of McMaster University students at executive meetings
- informs executive body of McMaster University programs and events
